Buyer who are interested on item cost more than $100, please read through the following TERMS & CONDITION before ordering:

1. For buyer who are interested on item which cost more than $100, you are allowed to view the product before purchase.

2. Payment will be STRICTLY on C.O.D (CASH ON DELIVERY) basis only

3. Sincere buyer have to pay a $20 deposit (Refundable upon successful of the deal) before viewing the product. If the buyer did not turn up for the viewing, the Deposit will be forfeited and item will be relisted. (Dead buyer will be banned for future purchase)

4. Deposit to be paid within 24 hours by ATM transfer to POSB Saving Acct 060-48841-0 upon receiving confirmation email from me. Item will be relisted if payment is not received within 24 hrs after confirmation email.

5. In any case if the buyer decided not to buy after viewing, $1O of the Deposit will forfeited as a cancellation fees.
